"We fell in love with our house because of the huge windows that let natural light flood the big rooms, view of the downs and the area is perfect with a park around the corner, shops a short walk away and although we didn’t have kids we knew this would become our family home and the excellent schools nearby would become a plus. The house is great for entertaining in the kitchen diner, large living room that opens out to the big garden. The garden makes our friends envious because of its low maintenance with artificial grass, not overlooked as established trees and bushes which is so rare and has sun in several spots throughout the day. With two patios, one we entertain with a spot for the bbq and the other we have a hot tub and a raised decking area.


Our children love playing football in the garden even at night as we installed flood lights and the garden is big enough that the trampoline fits nicely next to the decking.


We extended the house a couple of times to make it a perfect family home, adding a downstairs toilet and utility room and a playroom extension on the front room. Working from home is ideal with my converted studio, this is detached from the house and accessed from the large driveway by the side of the house so ideal for anyone working or running a business from home. It’s often used by the kids when their friends come over as a cinema room or dance studio.

We added a new bathroom suite this year and recently redecorated every room and added a TV unit media wall as well as new flooring and new windows and doors were put in 2020.
