We asked the owners what they liked about living here, this is what they said: We loved the area and the close proximity to a myriad of coffee shops and restaurants. It's also within easy walking distance of the train station, New Town and Old Town. The direct access from the kitchen into a quiet and rarely visited shared garden, as well as seating area for summer evenings on the terrace out the front.

Montgomery Street links Easter Road with Leith Walk along a quiet street. Great zone parking is here as well as fast electric charging points for electric cars. There is a children's playpark on the street which is a lovely space and an active community group that arranges activities, projects and events.
