There are currently no services. These moorings are on the Prickwillow Road between Isleham and Prickwillow, located down a private driveway to Riverview Marina. The existing marina has around 20 rented and serviced moorings.

Each mooring will have use of a parking space in the marina car park.

The method of sale will be by a normal solicitor freehold land sale.

The marina does have chemical toilet disposal facilities and these would be available with a small service charge.

There is a public right of way along the top of the bank. Some clearance on the water frontage may be required to moor a boat.

Normal regulations for the ownership/mooring of a boat will apply and ownership of land abutting a waterway will need to comply with Environmental Agency regulations.
