At the heart of the property is a generously proportioned living room large enough to have distinct sitting and dining areas with fitted kitchen off.
The family shower room has been modernised and has a generous shower cubicle and tiled walls. Across the hall are two double bedrooms - one of which could easily be used as a home office.
To the front is an open plan garden with a drive to the side that provides off street parking on the approach to a single garage with an electrically operated tambour vehicular door. A pedestrian side door offers another way into the rear garden.
The property will be an end of chain sale and early viewing is recommended by the sole agent

SITUATION:
Minster Lovell is a village and civil parish situated on the River Windrush in Oxfordshire, approximately 2 ½ miles west of Witney. Reputedly the region’s most haunted village, Minster Lovell is perhaps best known for the ruins of its 15th century hall, and is divided into three distinct parts: Old Minster, Little Minster and New Minster.
Old Minster includes the parish church, the Old Swan Inn public house and Minster Mill Hotel and picturesque ruins of Minster Lovell Hall. Minster Lovell Hall was built in the 1430s and after several changes of hands the hall was abandoned and eventually demolished in the 18th century, leaving the extensive remains that stand today. The ruins of this 15th century Oxfordshire manor house are situated in a beautiful rural setting beside the River Windrush and include a fine hall and tower.
New Minster benefits from the White Hart public house and a small selection of local shops including Post Office, Convenience Store and a local Butchers. Further amenities including an extensive selection of high street shops and restaurants are available in the nearby town of Witney (approx. 2 ½ miles).

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on February 4, 2023
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on February 4, 2023
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on November 22, 2021 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
