Why the owner loves the property:
We fell in love with the property due to the large outbuilding that we use as an office and gym which has electric heating and lighting and connections for TV or office equipment and speakers in all corners of the outbuilding. It has a separate room that is used for storage but can be converted to a bathroom creating a separate studio or clinic or work space for self-employed buyers. We have recently extended the property creating a new high end large kitchen diner with modern styling and quartz worktops. The kitchen has a large rooflight and patio doors bringing in plenty of light. This is the focal point of the house and will be the thing we miss the most. The bathroom boasts under floor heating, keeping your feet nice and warm in the winter and when you get out of the bath or shower The garden has been renovated which includes quality soft artificial grass, walk on it bare foot and it feels like carpet! You get the sun pretty much all day in the summer and is lovely to lounge in the garden. We love the bay window in the living room creating lots of light.
