Description

Vine Cottage is a delightful detached five bedroom village house dating from about 1850, with later additions which significantly enhance the accommodation and create a versatile family home.

The kitchen is finished to a high specification with a range of wall and base units, an oil fired Aga along with a separate electric hob and oven. The kitchen opens on to the dining area which has bi-folding doors to the inviting garden room. Off the garden room is a utility room and a cloakroom.

Beyond the garden room is bedroom five with an en suite bathroom. There is an entertainment room and conservatory all with doors leading out to the garden, collectively offering the potential to create an annexe for a dependent relative, or as a short term let.

Completing the ground floor accommodation and to the front of the house are two reception rooms one with a log burner and one with an open fire place.

On the first floor are the three double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Via bedroom four or the bespoke spiral staircase is access to the principal bedroom suite which has views over the garden and open countryside.

There is a sizeable south facing rear garden with a woodland area, pond, along with numerous mature trees and shrubs within the borders.
