"The house is close to Manor Woods Valley where we have loved going for walks, and Zion community arts centre, where we've seen live comedy and music. There are a couple of other smaller green spaces nearby too. Due to being situated uphill, the place has some lovely views of Bristol and Ashton Court. Parson Street train station is a stone's throw away and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to North Street.
