The site will be sold freehold and as a going concern with further details available from the selling agent on request. Currently 235 burials have taken place with 130 plots having been reserved. In addition 52 sets of ashes have been interred with 15 having been scattered on site.
The land not in use as a cemetery is currently let on a rolling year to year FBT from 29th September at a passing annual rent of £2,716.

From the A1304, which passes through Six Mile Bottom, take the road signposted Brinkley. Turn right at the crossroad with Balsham lane with the entrances on the left.
