There are steps and tiered walls leading to the main garden which is laid to lawn and surrounded by mature flower beds. From the front of the property there are beautiful views over the river Coln and the back of Arlington row beyond.

Situation:

Running through the village is the river Coln, one of the best trout fishing streams in the Cotswolds. The village has a thriving community, which supports a Parish Church, a Primary School, Post Office, a Trout Farm shop, The Swan Hotel, a well-known pub (The Catherine Wheel) and the Twig Cafe. The nearest centre is Cirencester where there are extensive facilities including supermarkets, boutique and high street shops, banks, a hospital, a leisure centre and a lido. The larger centres of Cheltenham and Oxford are 16 and 29 miles away respectively. Local sporting and leisure opportunities include golf at Cirencester and Burford, sailing at the Cotswold Water Park, boating on the river Thames as well as many local clubs and societies. Communications are brilliant from Kemble and Swindon there is a fast and regular train service to London Paddington. Several excellent private and state schools are in the area.
