Are you searching for a stylish, modernised and renovated home with maximum ground floor space?
Do you love to entertain Family and Friends and need open plan reception rooms, which extend out into a large family sized garden?
Are you looking for maximum space for your budget, within easy reach of Local Schools, Town and Amenities?
If so, this recently renovated, detached 3/4 bedroom home, on the edge of Watton Town, could be just perfect....

A detached home divided by an entrance hall into 2 areas; the main home and a converted garage. The converted garage has been split into 2 areas; a versatile and flexible room, depending on the new buyers needs; it would work well as a playroom, study or 4th Bedroom and a convenient utility room which has access to the rear garden.

The Main Home
-----------------------
A real highlight of the property is a 24ft kitchen/diner which flows neatly into an all year round garden room which has French doors that open into a generous rear garden.
This is a great place to gather with family and friends, especially during the summer months, creating one big double aspect room, which brings the outside and rear garden into the home. An inner hall extends from the kitchen/diner and provides access to a generous sitting room, a smaller ground floor double bedroom and stairs to the first floor.
A wood-burner has been installed by the owners into the garden facing 15ft x 13ft sitting room, which is a great place to retire and cosy up in the evenings.

The first floor provides access to two further double bedrooms, one with a stylish en-suite shower room and a further family bathroom which services the other double bedroom. An air conditioning unit has been fitted to the master bedroom, providing a cost effective boost of heat or to cool during the hotter summer months.
The home is fully heated with a gas condensing boiler and central heating system.

Outside
-----------
The home has a good sized private x4/5 car drive and a generous and very private, recently landscaped rear garden, which has a raised patio and seating area.
