The property is finished to a very good standard and is ready to move into. There are countless windows allowing the property to feel bright and airy. Boasting 921 SQ FT (88 SQM) of lateral space, the property is comprised of a large kitchen/reception leading out onto a covered balcony, two-comfortable double bedrooms both equipped with ensuites and Juliette balconies as well as separate guest W/C in the hallway. Additional features include electric velux windows in the kitchen which auto close when it rains, a nest central heating system, bespoke blinds in both bedrooms as well as the lounge and solid wooden floors throughout. There is plenty of storage on offer and the sellers have cleverly converted a corner of the living space into a working from home space.
The property is situated around the corner from Myddleton Road, boasting a variety of shops and cafes. The vibrant offerings of Green Lanes can be found only a short walk away and the green spaces of Alexandra Palace & Woodside Park offer a great escape from bustling city life – we recommend taking a stroll down the nearby New River Path. Further to the above, the weekly Alexandra Park Farmers Market is a must visit with offerings of fresh local produce. Myddleton Road also hosts its own monthly Sunday market which is well worth a visit.
The owners perspective:
"Our first property we bought together we moved in from build 4 years ago. Flat is incredibly spacious, being top floor it’s bright and deceptively large. The living area is shaped in such a way that we have been able to use as a home office as well as living/eating space as we both work from home.
There are four flats in the building and we all have share of Freehold. We also have a whatapp group and everyone is very friendly and approachable.
The covered terrace means you can sit out even in bad weather and looks out over the shared front garden onto the street. At the back in the bedrooms the bi-folds open out onto gardens and trees, it's very quiet and relaxing. The two en-suites and additional toilet means it’s perfect for visitors.
It has great connections to the City and East London via the Bowes Park overground as well as being close to the Piccadilly line. Plenty of beautiful parks in walking distance and regular markets in Myddleton Road and Ally pally."
Bowes Park Overground station is located only 0.5 miles away offering links around North and Central London. Passing stops include Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate alongside a variety of others. As a note, Finsbury Park Station is only a 9 minute train journey and Moorgate only an additional 15 minutes away from there.
The property is offered with a share of the freehold.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 7, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 7, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on February 15, 2018 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
