Property description & features

"We moved into the flat just off Church road in December 2018 and have always loved living here. It's always been a great, vibrant area and it feels like it's getting better all the time. There are some excellent cafes and local shops. There are also convenient transport links as the flat is situated right next to a bus stop with routes into the centre. Our personal favourite things to do include going to Loaf or the Orchard Cafe for brunch and then going for a walk around the park or down by the river. The flat has given us enough space to entertain friends and family. We hope that the next owner enjoys it as much as we have."

Salisbury Street is situated in St George, one of the roads to the south of the beautiful St George's Park, with the area occupying a large space above the River Avon and its riverside walks. St George's Park is around 100 metres from the apartment and is one of the city's most popular parks and includes tennis courts, a cafe, a skate park, and a lake. There are also plenty of shops and cafes nearby in St George, such as the Orchard Café, The Lock Up, and The Red Church, with several good eateries having recently been established in this exciting community. The shops and cafes of Easton, Brislington, and Hanham also give residents options in different directions. There are several well-regarded schools in the area, meaning this is a popular area with families. For commuters, the area is a short journey into Bristol City Centre by bus, bike or car, whilst also being just a short drive from Bath and the motorway networks as well. From this side of the City Centre, Bristol Temple Meads is just a short journey away.

This is a spacious three bedroom first floor flat situated on the corner of the street. There is a large open plan kitchen/living room/diner with dual aspect windows and a full fitted modern kitchen with plenty of units. There are three equally sized double bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat also benefits from a locked storage area on the ground floor which can be used for bikes. The lease has 994 years left and there is no management charge but the new leaseholder will need to be a director of the management company who are jointly responsible for all communal utility bills etc.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 27, 2023

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 27, 2023

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
