Chalet Monteillier is a traditional alpine style chalet located within close proximity to the Verbier sports centre and just a few hundred meters’ walk from Cordee des Alps.

The property is located amongst a small collection of tradition chalets with views of both the Bruson range (Six Blanc, Mont Rogneux) as well as the Aiguilles de Chamonix (Argentieres and the Trient Glacier).

Arranged over 2 floors, the main living area is on the upper level with a wood burning stoves that connects the dining room to the small open plan kitchen. There is a small mezzanine level that could be used for a kids low level TV room or extra storage and a small W/C.

The ground floor comprises a three cosy bedrooms (two doubles and one single) with access to the chalets garden. In addition there is one bathroom and large storage room.

The chalet has the potential to be internally upgraded and developed, however the incoming purchaser would be required to submitted plans for approval with the commune.

Location
