The new solid wood front door leads into an impressive, dual aspect sitting room, which has a fireplace with a wood burning stove. The room is adorned in exposed beams including an unusual dragon beam that runs diagonally, this complements the solid oak flooring and bespoke cupboards and window seat.
A few steps descend into the kitchen breakfast room which has a slate floor and a characterful bay with double doors that open onto the south facing garden.
The kitchen has an array of quality bespoke oak units with a green slate work surface, that surround all main appliances. Beside the dining area there is a raised nook fireplace with a flagstone hearth and a built in handmade dresser, which matches the kitchen.
Stairs wind to the first-floor landing where one will find a linen cupboard, a well-appointed, recently installed family bathroom and two double bedrooms. The main bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom, dressing room and has magnificent views of the countryside beyond. The room at the front looks over looks the high street and has secondary glazing, there is a large sliding wardrobe which has built in storage and a pull-down desk.
Another set of stairs rises to second floor where there is a further two double bedrooms, one with an impressive built in bookcase, ideal for an office or childrens bedroom.
OFFICE:
The attractive garden is over 70ft long and has a sunny southerly position, the current owners have recently landscaped the garden by arranging raised beds with sleepers which border the lawn that runs the full length of the garden.

At the end of the garden there is a superb log cabin which is well insulated and has light and electricity ideal for someone working from home or as a children den.
