The attractive City centre straddles the River Severn, and is a busy retail centre with three covered shopping centres, and is the administartive centre for the County of Worcestershire.
Hallow Road runs north out of the City centre with the property situated in a residential area upon the edge of the City, accessed via a lane leading off Hallow Road, immediately opposite the junction with Monarch Drive, and being signed "101 to 110 Hallow Road".
The access lane divides with the property lying at the end of the left hand fork in a secluded location.
