Fully furnished to a high standard each flat has a spacious living area complete with a Flat screen TV with complimentary Netflix, seating area, fridge-freezer, microwave & kettle & toaster. All kitchens include a washer-dryer.
We offer a standard deposit option of £200. This is fully refundable should you cancel or at the end of your tenancy subject to the state of the room when you move out.
We hold open days for the property every Wednesday from our office in The Edge on London Road. This is held between the hours 12:00pm and 16:00pm. Please feel free to come on down at any point during these hours and we would be more than happy to show you around.

In order to do this we partnered with Uni Kit Out in 2019.
Uni Kit Out is a service where you can order all the items you need to live independently prior to your arrival - i.e. microwave, kettle, toaster, cleaning supplies, food and much much more - and we will co-ordinate delivery to ensure that your parcel is delivered and waiting in your accommodation before you even arrive - minimising the level of contact you have with your neighbours.
There is a 10% discount also for all X1 tenants who opt for this service.
Your health and safety is at the heart of what we do, and we don’t want to limit your student accommodation choices to studio sites which are out of reach for some students. By partnering with UniKit Out we are able to offer our budget friendly bedrooms as safe independent living spaces.
