There is a 10% discount also for all X1 tenants who opt for this service.

Your health and safety is at the heart of what we do, and we don’t want to limit your student accommodation choices to studio sites which are out of reach for some students. By partnering with UniKit Out we are able to offer our budget friendly bedrooms as safe independent living spaces.
