Property description & features

  • Tenure: Leasehold (983 years remaining)
* Guide Price £575,000 - £600,000 *

"There are so many reasons we love living at Apt. 15, Drew House but we will try and summarise our top 4!

Firstly, the apartment itself… when we bought the property we had seen multiple new build apartments across London that were small, boxy and all looked the same. Our apartment is unique, is bigger than a standard two bed, has genuine character with high ceilings both on the ground and 1st floor & is really well laid out.

Secondly the apartment is located in a beautiful old converted wharf building on the Thames with a landscaped courtyard, it has a concierge which is great for security, receiving packages when we aren’t in as well as secure underground parking which is a big plus (our space is very close to the lift).

Thirdly, the location is also excellent: we can easily walk into Greenwich in about 10 minutes along the Thames path to visit the park, the market or for a bite to eat – or equally into Deptford to the more trendy bars and restaurants.

Finally transport links are also great: we are less than 10 minutes away from Deptford train station and trains that run to London Bridge, with a journey time of around 7 minutes. Even better, you can get to Farringdon in just over 15 minutes so commuting to Central London is easy! Equally, Canary Wharf is an easy commute from Cutty Sark DLR station. It’s also always been super convenient for holidays too with Deptford train station having a direct train to Luton Airport Parkway & Gatwick is easy to get to from London Bridge. Also if we need to leave London in the car we can be on the A2 in about 20 minutes. There is also planning permission for a Thames Clipper stop nearby so the transport links will only improve!

All in all for us, our apartment has everything!”

What The Agent Says –

This unique two bedroom split-level apartment with underground parking and a small private terrace is not to be missed!

On the ground floor, as you enter, there is a long hallway. Off of this hallway you will find a good size double bedroom which is great for guests or as a work from home office, a very modern three-piece bathroom suite and at the end is the big open-plan kitchen living area, the latter benefitting from a spacious, high ceiling. On the upper level is the sizeable main bedroom where you will find access to the small terrace and also on this floor is an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. This floor also has high ceilings which creates the sense of space and the room feeling airy.

Additional benefits include an on-site concierge, secure video entry system, plenty of storage and built in appliances in the kitchen. Deptford mainline station and the popular high street can be found half a mile away so easily reached by foot in ten minutes. Greenwich can also be found nearby with its Royal Park, town centre and various historical attractions.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
