LICENCE TERMS
The land will be let based on a 365 day grazing licence, allowing the licensee to graze and mow the land. It would be proposed that the grazing licence would commence on the 1st January 2022.
USE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE LAND
The land is to be used for grazing or mowing purposes only.
The land must be farmed throughout the tenancy and meet the requirements of
DEFRAs Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions (GAEC).
RENT
This Licence will commence on (01/01/2023) .. for one year ("the Licence Period") and will operate upon a six monthly basis thereafter (with all the terms herein applicable) until terminated by the Licensor serving a written notice (not less than six months in advance of the required termination date) upon the Licensee.
A fee of £450.00 shall be paid by the Licensee to the Licensor on or before (01/01/2023) and £450.00 every 6 months thereafter for the License Period
