This pretty Victorian mid-terraced cottage has a cosy town house type feel with the flexible accommodation being arranged over three floors. Our clients use the space as three reception rooms over the ground and lower ground floors and have two double bedrooms on the first floor, however this could easily be reconfigured to provide additional bedrooms if preferred and subject to any necessary consents.  Set within the Keymer Village conservation area close to the historic church and opposite the well regarded Greyhound Public House.  Views over rooftops to the South Downs National Park are enjoyed from the top floor.

The lower ground floor is a 20'10 x 13'10 reception room divided in two by the central exposed brick fireplace, there is a bay window to the front elevation and a roof light style window to the rear.

The raised ground floor has a further bay fronted reception room and a kitchen/dining room with the staircases running up and down from here to the other floors.  Off the Kitchen there is a rear lobby utilised as a utility and where the boiler is situated for the central heating and hot water.  There is a door out to the rear patio and a further door to the cloakroom/wc being fitted with modern white sanitary ware.

On the first floor, the landing has a hatch to the loft space and doors to all first floor rooms.  Bedroom one is bay fronted with built in cupboards and a view to the Downs.  Bedroom two is another double room with an outlook to the rear.  The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite and includes an airing cupboard.

Outside, a low maintenance walled front garden with shrubs and a fruitful Quince.  The rear garden measures 50' in length, is fully enclosed with a brick paved patio adjoining the house and steps up to a recently re-laid lawn, at the end of the garden there is a timber garden shed.

At Mansell McTaggart we've hit on a unique formula that directly benefits our clients. We're actually a collection of different businesses operating under a common system and linked by the latest technology. This means you get the broad coverage offered by 17 offices, yet the focus and dedication that you only get with an owner-run business. Many agents, when you sign up with them to sell your property, will tie you to using them for 20 weeks or more. So if you find you’re unhappy with their service or that they’ve, say, overpriced your house just to get your instruction, you can’t move to another agent until that period is up.  At Mansell McTaggart we think contracts like this are unreasonably long and restrictive. After all, it should be the service you receive that keeps you with an agent, not the law!
