Why buy this home,

As you walk into the entrance hall of this stunning three bedroom home you get the feeling of space due to its traditional layout. Directly in front is a space to hang coats and shoes before the entrance to the WC and utility room which houses the washer/dryer. There is also understairs storage. The flooring has recently been fitted with LVT (luxury vinyl tiling) which is laid throughout the hallway, kitchen and living area, meaning not only does it look fantastic, but it is also very practical and easy to keep clean.

To the right of the hallway, you have a large living area that offers itself to a multitude of ways to set your furniture out. With two large windows and a bay window, it gives you a lovely atmosphere to relax in after a long day.

To the left of the hallway, you have the heart of the home, the kitchen/diner. This is finished with high gloss white cupboards and ash worktops adding to the stylish modern look. Integrated appliances consist of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an eye-level double oven. The room is designed to have the dining table next to the bay window which brings lots of light and makes for a lovely area to relax and spend time with family and friends. There's also access to the garden from the double doors in the kitchen. The garden has a patio area which is perfect for outside dining, as well as a lawn and side access to the driveway.

As you walk up the stairs you are greeted with a galleried landing which is a lovely feature. The master bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe and private ensuite that is tiled with a double shower. The second bedroom is directly across the landing from the master bedroom and is big enough for a double bed and also has a bay window. The third bedroom is toward the back of the house and is a great size for a single which could be used as an office or playroom. These two bedrooms are served by the family bathroom which has a deep bath with central taps - a bath lover's dream.

Parking is provided by a garage which has light and power, as well as a split driveway which means two cars can be parked comfortably without having to move to let each other out. A third car can fit on the driveway; ideal for when guests visit.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Primary Schooling is provided by the surrounding villages and Secondary Schooling is provided by Cottesloe in Wing or Royal Latin Grammar School in Buckingham.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
