Location
The land at Borland is situated in a scenic and peaceful location on the south eastern edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The land is close to the village of Gartmore where there are basic day to day services including a primary school, church and pub. Aberfoyle lies about 5 miles to the north and provides a wider range of facilities including shops, post office, supermarket and a variety of hotels and restaurants as well as an 18 hole golf course.

Directions
From the village of Gartmore head south west along Main Street to the T junction signposted for Drymen and Glasgow. At this junction turn right (to Drymen) and follow this road for 0.3 miles. At this point turn right onto a track heading north east. Follow the track for 1 mile (through woodland) to Borland. The land lies to either side of the track.
