We are pleased to present to the market this lovely 3 bedroom terrace house in Westbourne Place, Hove. This property has an open plan lounge/dining room with stripped wooden floors and doors, step down to small fitted kitchen and door to separate WC. Upstairs is three bedrooms, Master Bedroom with Kingsize bed which also is a zip link and can be turned into twin beds, Bedroom two with a standard double bed and Bedroom Three with a standard double bed and a good size family bathroom with bath and shower attachment. This house is also benefits from have a lovely walled patio garden with table and chairs for those Summer evenings and is DOG FRIENDLY.

This is situated just off New Church Road and Church Road Hove is just 10 minutes walk has many shops, bars, restaurants, large Tesco's supermarket and George street with more shops and restaurants. We can also highly recommend Rockwater on Hove seafront (10 minutes walk) has a fantastic retractable roof terrace perfect for those Summers evenings for a few drinks/dinner/lunch and taking in the seaview!
King Alfred leisure centre with its gym and swimming pool facilities is just a walk away.. There are good transport links to Central Brighton, so the number 1, 6 and 700 buses takes you to the the city centre in 10 minutes. Also within walking distance is Hove Station with its London links.

The property is close to the sea so we would recommend a beautiful seafront walk to Brighton which takes 45 minutes. Alternatively, if you prefer a walk in the countryside then the South Downs is a 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction with its Beautiful scenery and charming villages.

I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage in Hove and I'd first like to say how accommodating the hosts were from the moment we booked, with recommendations for places to eat and drink and distances to local train staion and supermarkets.
From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a a welcome pack with all the information you could possibly need aswell as a complimentary bottle of fizz.
The lounge has comfortable seating along with a modern TV and beautiful fireplace making the room feel cosy and homely, there is a separate dining room with plenty of room should you decide to eat in rather than dine out, the kitchen is a good size, with plenty of cups, plates, cutlery and all other cooking utensils, complete with oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine should you need it.
The garden has a nice seating area to be enjoyed in the summer evening which is nicely enclosed for privacy.
The bedrooms are all a good size with room to sleep 2 in each room and with the big windows the rooms are nice and bright during the day and blackout blinds to keep the morning sun out from disturbing a very comfortable night sleep, the beds are all a great size and the mattresses very comfortable with fresh clean sheets throughout. The bathroom is a great size with bath/shower regardless of preference.
I would highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone and cannot thank the hosts enough for a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back.

In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.

Cancellation policy:- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
