This is a great location for people wanting a central base as you are so close to all the amenities Brighton has to offer such as the Pier, i360 ,walking distance to the main shopping areas North Laines, Churchill Square, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Along Western Road you can access most buses that service most routes across the city and Brighton Station which is a 6 minute bus ride or 16 minute walk.
You have your own entrance leading through to a good size hallway. There is a door leading through to the lovely lounge with views looking over the front garden with sofa, double bed, table and two chairs and period fireplace and door leading to a fitted modern shower room. From the end of the hallway there is a doorway leading to a modern fitted kitchen for all your self catering needs. Please note that there is no washing machine and the owner is happy to provide a service wash once a week and there is a launderette just around the corner.
Please note that the owner and her two teenager children do live above but will give you total privacy. Bills included.
