Location
The Property is located on the east side of Grange Road on the junction of Grange Road and Champneys Way, approximately 0.79 miles west of Cambridge city centre.

Cambridge railway station lies to the south east of the city centre, providing direct services to London King’s Cross station (journey time approximately 50 minutes). In Spring 2017 a new railway station at Cambridge North, near the science park to the north of the city, commenced operation.
