'We moved to Bristol around 20 years ago thinking that we would be here for around 18 months before moving back to London, however, 20 years later we are still here and loving it. Our motivation to move is purely down to relocation of one of our jobs and we are exceptionally sad to be leaving both Bristol and Bedminster. Over the years we have seen such changes in the area and all for the better. We are now fortunate to live in a really funky part of the city with fantastic new bars and restaurants popping up almost every week. We also have fantastic neighbours. We have been so happy in both the house and the area and we hope that the new owners will be as happy in the area as we have been."
This three-bedroom semi-detached home is located on a quiet street in Bedminster and benefits from having both off street parking and a garage. On the ground floor, this well presented, characterful home is comprised of a generous entrance hallway, a bay-fronted living room featuring an open fire, a separate dining room and modern fitted kitchen.
The upstairs you will find two double bedrooms; a stylish family bathroom with shower over bath and a well-proportioned single bedroom or study. The front garden is well kept and surrounded by a variety of beautiful mature trees and flowers boasting fantastic curb appeal.
This Bedminster location offers the flourishing independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of popular North Street, only a stone’s throw away. Bedminster train station is only a short 2-minute walk away and a vast array of open green spaces are nearby including Greville Smyth Park, Ashton Court Estate and Victoria Park; a peaceful greenspace for picnics and play. Many well-respected schools rated good or above by Ofsted are close by. There is easy access into Bristol City Centre making it a fantastic location for commuters, keen shoppers and access to further transport links including Bristol Airport, Temple Meads Train Station and the M32, M5 for access to Devon/Cornwall or M4 to London.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 20, 2023
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on May 10, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on November 2, 2022 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
