frame and clad in corrugated metal sheeting. They provide storage for hay, straw and machinery throughout the year.

Sheep Shed (25m x 30m):
A modern double pitch steel portal frame shed,
with an earth floor, half height blockwork walls,
clad and roofed in box profile sheeting. The shed provides pens for lambing and a covered race for working with sheep.

Cattle Court 1 (30m x 30m):
A steel portal frame shed spanning a former
traditional steading. The shed has a concrete floor, stone walls and fibre cement roof. It provides three separate cattle courts, one of which is slatted.

Cattle Court 2 (11m x 27m):
Steel portal frame shed, with half height
blockwork walls, box profile cladding and roof. The shed is used for livestock housing and handling.

Cattle Court 3 (17m x 28m):
A steel portal frame shed with a concrete floor,
half height concrete block walls clad in box profile cladding and roof. The shed provides two straw bedded courts and a central feed pass which can be accessed from both ends.

Fertiliser/Machinery Store (12m x 24m):
A modern steel portal frame shed with earth floor, half height blockwork walls, with box profile cladding and roof.

Silage Pit (15m x 28m):
Traditional silage pit with concrete base and
concrete panel sides and capacity to store 700 tonnes.

There is also a 6,000-litre effluent tank, and on
the opposite side of the road, at The Mount, a redundant field shelter.

Land: Comprising 4 field compartments, and
extending to approximately 29 acres, the land is
accessed from the public road. The sheep fank
on the southern boundary forms part of this lot.
