Commuting is ideal from this central location with Perth, Dundee and Forfar within a 25-minute drive and Aberdeen and Edinburgh reachable in around 1 hour 20 minutes by car.

Schooling in Blairgowrie is available at the community campus for nursery and primary children and secondary education is at Blairgowrie High School. Both schools are around a 10 to15 minute walk away from this plot.

A new state of the art recreation centre is currently under construction and is expected to be open by 2025. This will include a new swimming pool, sports pitches, and a gym.
