* Landlord's comment * "I bought this property because of the Location, large rooms and sunlight. The property also offered good storage and a nice balcony to enjoy the green view you get from the property. 

I lived in it for 7 years as a young professional, however, the family have lived in it for the last 10 years My child and my sister both have fond memories of living here. The property was last decorated in January 2022.

Having Streatham common and the estate play area and the communal gardens makes up for not having a garden. Streatham High Road, Crystal Palace & Brixton are great for shopping, restaurants bars etc…

There are many accessible stations close to the property West Norwood, Streatham and Streatham hill are all within a walkable distance from the property, with trains to London Bridge, Victoria and also Streatham Station offers City Thameslink services. Depending if you prefer using the tube, Balham Station which offers Northern line services is only a stop from Streatham Hill Station and Brixton tube Station only a short bus ride away offers Victoria line services.

The main things I will miss from living here at the property and the area will be the balcony where we enjoyed many meals and interesting conversations.

I have loved having the Common on my doorstep. It has been a great place to run, have picnics, meet friends and also enjoy some of the many functions that are held there.

The property is warm in the winter and pleasant during the summer as it is well-ventilated.

This home will always hold a special place in our hearts as two family members have started their family here and it has been the main hub for when we have visitors. Having moved in from out of London, the property has made Streatham feel like home."
