Positioned in an elevated location on the fringes of the village of Crossgates, enjoying some outstanding views over the rolling Mid-Wales countryside, is Guidfa Ridge, a well-presented and maintained three bedroom detached bungalow with large gardens surrounding.

The original bungalow of concrete panel construction, was extended in the 1990s by previous owners, to now provide generously proportioned accommodation throughout, which has been modernised and improved during the current owner's tenure. These improvements internally, are to include under-floor insulation to most rooms, lining of the roofspace, and a new kitchen fitted. Externally, there have been improvements made to the soffits and fascias, drainage installed in the gardens, installation of a woodburning stove in the garage and CCTV installation.

The property itself is approached from Rock Road via a gravelled driveway with parking for numerous vehicles, leading up to the detached single garage/workshop measuring 5.00 x 3.38m, having an up and over door to the front, and pedestrian door to the rear as well as a woodburning stove installed.

Internally, the accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hallway, giving access into the 4.32 x 3.45m reception room with large window taking in the fine views to the front of the property. From here, a door leads into the 3.66 x 3.18m dining room with door to the 3.71 x 2.66m kitchen, and further to the 2.82 x 1.57m conservatory overlooking the rear garden and housing the central heating boiler. The entrance hallway has two storage cupboards, and also leads to the three double bedrooms, and the family bathroom.

Externally, the property has the benefit of the aforementioned driveway and garage, and the grounds are wonderful and private, extending in total to just under 0.25 of an acre. There is a lovely, recently laid, private patio area to the rear of the bungalow, perfect for a BBQ and hot tub, and the majority of the rest of the gardens are gently sloping and laid mainly to lawn. There is a timber framed pergola, raised flower beds and features, making the grounds of this lovely bungalow a haven for relaxation and a gardeners paradise!

With no onward chain, this excellent home must be viewed to be appreciated in full!
