Description

This is a beautifully renovated and listed property with a contemporary feel where old meets new, with oak and steel beam features, crystal chandeliers and modern spots combined to upgrade but respect the heritage of the original property.

The owners undertook an exacting and full refurbishment of the property and its outdoor areas over a period of years finishing in 2021. It is now the perfect property to both live and entertain in.

On the ground floor level is a welcoming hallway with hard wood flooring and beautifully engineered staircase leading to the first floor. Underfloor heating is fitted throughout.
The reception room is spacious with Stovax wood burner and two sets of double doors leading into the extensive gardens.
The hallway then leads into what is the highlight of the house - a wonderful ProNorm kitchen and dining area with Miele appliances, induction hob and motorised units with bi-folding doors opening into the garden. A separate full utility room is located off the kitchen which in turn leads into a downstairs shower room.
To the rear of ground floor is bedroom three with ensuite shower room which is perfect for guests or as a home office. A guest W.C completes this floor.

To the first floor is the principal bedroom suit with large ensuite bathroom with separate grohe shower and oak walk in wardrobes. There is also remote control bedroom privacy glass.
Bedroom two is also a very good size again with ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe.

Heating in the house is provided by a ground source heat pump making it eco friendly.

To the rear of the property are quite wonderful landscaped gardens with a separate double garage.

Finally the house features electric gate access and CCTV.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on August 3, 2020 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
