The lodge is a 2012 model with a site licence in place until 2043. It's a huge 40ft x 20ft double unit with double glazing, central heating, and a large L-shaped decking which gets the sun all day, and is a great place to relax and unwind. The pitch comes with a double parking space which is ideal for anyone with visitors. The main living area is open plan and contains a lounge area, kitchen and dining area. The ceilings are high, and there are lots of windows which allow the light in, so doesn't feel cramped at all. The lounge has a 2 sofas (one with a pull-out bed beneath), a coffee table, a built-in TV cabinet and shelves, and a feature fireplace. There are also a couple of handy wall units for your pictures, etc. To complete the lounge there's a large dining table with six chairs. The lounge area also has patio doors which lead to a private decking area which overlooks the garden. The kitchen is very well-equipped and would rival any modern home. It has an open plan layout with a separate island unit, and is spacious and has lots of storage. The cooker is at waist-height and features a double oven with a 5-burner hob and extractor unit. There is a large American style fridge-freezer, a built-in microwave, integrated dishwasher, loads of plus sockets, and lots of cupboards and storage. There are two good-sized bedrooms which both have spacious walk-in wardrobes. The master has a Queen size bed and an en-suite toilet/shower room, and the second room comes with double bed. Both rooms have plenty of room to walk around the bed, and enough floor-space to comfortably get changed. The family bathroom is a very large, and contains a full-size bath with an overhead shower, toilet and sink. The lodge has real broadband (at a monthly cost) This well-built lodge will keep you comfortably warm during Seawicks long 11.5 month season. A lot of the neighbours spend a lot of time on park, so you won't lonely during the winter months. Important Note: This holiday caravan / holiday lodge is intended for leisure and recreational use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence. The ground fees are paid pro rata from the date purchased to the 1st of March. Currently the fees are approximately £5000 P/A. Utilities such as water, gas, electric and broadband are all extra.
