"We bought this house in 2006, from a family who had it for 60 years, and loved it for many reasons. Its position on a hill at the end of a road makes the house very bright. Sunrises and sunsets shine directly in the windows, and the garden is perfect for growing fruit and vegetables. Telegraph Hill is a wonderful neighbourhood - great schools, pubs and shops within a short walk, community-minded people, and the beautiful local park with commanding views serves as a focal point for the area. It is incredibly well-connected within the transportation network. London Bridge is a 10 minute ride away. Deptford Market and Greenwich Park are walkable.

As for the house itself- we invested with love over 15 years: on purchase we re-wired and re-plumbed the whole house and opened up the ground floor, installed high-spec bathrooms and flooring, reclaimed wood and bespoke stainless steel for the kitchen counters, and installed storage cupboards wherever we could to maximise the space.
