The accommodation is vast with a theoretical seven bedrooms but the layout would enable simple adjustments for annexed accommodation subject to necessary consents. The ground floor offers an entrance hall and two formal receptions off the hall, a rear hall leading to the kitchen and a further reception. There are two store rooms of a significant area and more could be made from these.

A direct hard walkway/cycle route alongside the river into the town and joining the old railway path to the coast at West Bay. Bridport is a bustling and vibrant market town which has a history of rope making and is now a gateway to the Jurassic, World Heritage coastline. It has a variety of independent shops, supermarkets, public houses and restaurants catering for a range of tastes and excellent arts and music events. Bridport is conveniently placed for Dorchester and Weymouth to the east and Axminster to the west. Walking, water sports and riding opportunities are plentiful in the area. Communication links are good with road links along the A35 and mainline stations at Maiden Newton, Dorchester, Axminster and Crewkerne.

OUTSIDE
Outside the gardens are very pretty with paths meandering around the gardens. There is a formal garden to the front and side and at the rear is a courtyard with steps leading to a kitchen garden. A further three steps take you to the pool area ( independently heated).
