The boat has had extensive work out of the water and the entire structure is in excellent condition. The list of work completed by the current owner is extensive, and includes new sinks, water pump and wet room, new cooker, new gas system, new carpets, new upholstery, new diesel heater, new toilet, port engine rebuild, almost all new wiring, new lights and sockets and two new props.
