Bedroom four has built-in wardrobes and a door to a galleried landing connecting to bedroom two which has a double wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors. The family bathroom has a tiled floor and is fitted with a double shower cubicle, a wash basin, WC and a bath with a hand held shower attachment. Bedroom three, accessed via the spiral stairs from the dining room, has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, a wood floor and a skylight window. Gardens and Grounds
The private, established gardens and grounds wraparound the property. In front of the barn there are lawned areas interspersed with mature trees and circular areas of shrubs, bordered by mature hedging and trees. At the rear, there is an orchard which has apple, plum, damson and pear trees and the rear garden is predominately laid to lawn and is bordered with matures trees and shrubs. There is a paved terrace with a pergola that has climbing tea roses and honeysuckle and a second gravelled seating area. A dividing stone wall with gated access leads to a further lawned area with raised vegetable beds.

Thornborough
The village of Thornborough has a church dating back to 1237 and a medieval bridge dating back to the 14th century. It is surrounded by countryside providing opportunities for walking and riding. There is easy access from the property to both the Thornborough Circular Walk and The Ouse Valley Walk to Buckingham. There is also a footpath to the public house in Thornborough which is 1.9 miles away. There is also a primary school which is rated outstanding by Ofsted, a village hall, a sports field and a cricket club. Thornborough is in the catchment area for the Royal Latin Grammar School in Buckingham.
