"Parish Lane has been a wonderful home and we've made such incredible memories here. When I look back on our time here I'll remember family dinners, long mornings, evenings in front of the fire, and BBQ's (and champagne!) in the garden during lockdown, which definitely got us through! There is a really strong local community feeling here, with independent pubs and cafes in the neighbourhood and excellent schools very close by, and it's very quick and easy to travel both in to London and to the restaurants and shops in Penge, Beckenham and Crystal Palace".
