Like many homes near the harbour bowl in Brixham, its best to leave your car and venture on foot. Walk down to teh foot of Fore Street,, bearing right to find the steps up Temperance Place located on the Corner of King Street opposite the ‘New Quay Inn’ > climb up and Mount Pleasant Road is at the top. Number 38 will be found here at the top. For vehicular access, Mount Pleasant Road is accessed from Bolton Street, not far from the Fire Station and can also be accessed via Elkins Hill. Near the house, there is unrestricted on street parking, but not allocated.
