Sellers Story - Our home is in such a beautiful location on a country walk yet so private. The views are wonderful all year round and the setting is so peaceful.

Our favourite room is the kitchen/orangery as it is so open, full of light, restful, sociable and takes in the country views.

We have soo many amazing memories including sledging in neighbouring fields, family rounders in the garden, coming home from country walks, family gatherings and painting our tree house with the children.

We have particularly enjoyed the beauty, quiet and privacy of our home. I have also enjoyed its location and proud to say that it's a home my husband built for his family. We will miss the location, space, memories, and tranquillity.

Location - Whilst Wall Hill Road enjoys a semi -rural setting it is very well placed for access to Coventry, Meriden and Fillongley. With Solihull, Birmingham all being within 15 miles.
Local transport network with the M6, M42 and M69 close by. Birmingham International Airport and train station are 10 miles away and Coventry station is less than 5 miles away, both with direct trains to London taking approx. 1hr
