"We have truly loved calling Redfield our home over the last few years and have seen such a transformation into one of the most exciting locations in Bristol. If we were staying in the city, we wouldn't live anywhere else!
Avonvale Road has been a wonderful home to us for the last 4+ years; we've loved living on such a friendly street with such great neighbours.

Redfield appears to be the perfect location. You are close to the high street with its cafes and restaurants. We are lucky enough to be less than a minute's walk from the best bakery in Bristol (Bristol Loaf) with its sister store, Native Wines about to open next door! Church Road has exploded in the last year with great cafés and shops, Southville Deli, Preserve, The Dark Horse and The Red Church.
Located between two wonderful parks, St, George and Netham, we are never far from green space. There is also the river path, great for a run and getting out into nature. Saying that we are within walking distance of the centre of town and well connected by bus and cycle routes too!"

Avonvale Road is situated in Redfield, between Church Road and Netham Park, which occupies a large space above the River Avon and its riverside walks. St George's Park is across to the other side of Church Road and is one of the city's most popular parks providing a kids play area, tennis courts, a cafe, a skate park, and a lake.
