The cottage offers well-proportioned accommodation with a wealth of period features and is approached over a gravelled drive. The spacious entrance hall with a flagstone floor has plenty of space for a study area and an understairs storage cupboard. A door leads to the main reception room with oak floors, a central stone fireplace and log burning stove. Also, off the hall can be found a cloakroom. No doubt the heart of the home is the lovely kitchen with double aspect log burning stove through to the spacious sitting room. The kitchen is well fitted with a double oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob with extractor fan, Belfast sink and washing machine. Steps lead down to the cellar. The first floor is approached by separate staircases to either end of the house. The principal bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower above and fitted wardrobes. A further staircase from the landing leads up to bedroom 3. Bedroom two is another double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and is serviced by a family bathroom.
Outside
Rose Cottage is approached through a five-bar gate onto a gravelled driveway with parking for a number of cars. The predominantly south facing garden is partly laid to lawn with mature shrubs and raised borders and surrounded in part by a Cotswold stone wall. There is also a garden shed to one side of the garden

The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
