The ground floor has an entrance hall with a cloakroom, two good size reception rooms with a woodburning stove, a kitchen/ breakfast room, a utility room and a ground floor bedroom with an en suite. There are a further three double bedrooms on the first floor, two with en suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. The house provides family living whilst offering a rural lifestyle, taking in the wonderful views.

To the side of the property the driveway continues down towards the paddock land and the barn which has a workshop and three/four stables. There is also a mezzanine floor above. The stables offer direct access onto the paddocks, which are currently split into three. There is a shelter belt running along the boundary of part of the land plus a wonderful stretch of woodland which was planted by the current owners and offers a wonderful walk to admire the wildlife and the hill views. A fenced area houses a static caravan which is included in the sale and is currently being used as a private classroom.

Meadowlands would work particularly well for the equestrian buyer or those looking for a rural lifestyle being within close proximity to good connectivity and some of the best riding country in Shropshire.
