Vendors Comments: I bought our home in Tottenham in June 2017 as a first time buyer. We wanted a home and a house with a garden and this place ticked a lot of boxes, given it was only 15 min walk from Tottenham Hale which has both the Vicy Line and Train to Liverpool St. There is also the option from our house to walk to Bruce Grove in under 15 mins and also Northumberland park that is about 10 mins away. Both my wife and I worked in the city and central so this was a deal breaker, as we wanted to travel to work in under 45 mins. Now we work from home and have plenty of space and 1GB fibre broadband.
When we bought the house we had an idea of just stripping the wall paper off and painting the house white - but we were faced with some really old plaster and electrics that were not fit for a home - so we stripped nearly all of the house back to brick, rewired it, have a new consumer unit, new boiler and new flooring. We added carpet upstairs, painted the house white, installed new door frames and doors to make it liveable. A couple of years later, we remodelled the ground floor rear extension to include a brand new galley kitchen and a modern bathroom. This ensured the rewiring and new pipework was fitted, as well as insulation added to the ceilings. We also added a 1.5m x 1m skylight into the kitchen to get some much needed light into the second reception room.
Our home has been designed around our needs and our family (we have a little child) and our garden has been lan

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 17, 2021
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on April 12, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on January 17, 2017 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
