'We have absolutely loved living on Ruby Street. It's such a lovely community and we have made many friends on the street that we will be sad to say goodbye to. North Street offers so much from zero green shops, delicatessens, butchers and bakeries that make shopping local a real treat and privilege.

Walking to work through the harbourside early in the morning is tranquil, and on your way home offers so much in terms of socialising, after work drinks and dinners.

We are also blessed with multiple green spaces nearby. Victoria park is just a short walk away and is a great place for a Sunday stroll and coffee, and Grenville Smyth is a nice big open space with paths leading to views of the suspension bridge which is certainly worth a look.'
