Parking is served by a car port which will allow for 2-3 cars depending on size, in front of the car port there's one more additional space. For further parking, on-road car parking is available between 6pm and 8am.
Location-wise, the property is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the town centre of Wokingham - often voted in the top 10 places to live in the UK and in 2018 attaining the top No. 1 spot for places to live. The property is a short walk from the station, actually in the town centre, and close to the excellent Wokingham Schools.
Wokingham itself is a lovely market town with a great sense of community. Just a short walk from the plentiful bars, restaurants, cinema, gyms and shops, this property is close to all the usual amenities a good town offers. The town centre closes four days a year for seasonal festivities.
