The access drive so far as access is taken, will be shared and maintenance costs will be shared with Maple Wood the only other user. The initial phase will be on a proportionate basis with Maple Wood and thereafter Maple Wood will be responsible from the access to the second plot for its own access way.
It will be agreed with the owners in advance where access to services will be taken in respect of main drains or other services.
The consent as it currently stands is based on a value of £340,000 for both sites. Any third storey addition, if agreed shall be based upon a proportionate increase in the market value for such.
