Over the past two decades we’ve grown and evolved as people and as a business and watched the fantastic neighbourhood we live and work in do the same. So, while our core values and exceptional service standards will never change, we really hope you like our brand new look. We feel genuinely privileged to live, work and play in Leytonstone, and our work has allowed us to explore many beautiful period houses with their stunning architecture and features, alongside more contemporary properties and developments that have sprung up over the years. Having rented and bought our own first properties here, we’ve grown along with the area, playing an active role in the community for two decades and getting to know the best places to eat, drink, shop, walk, learn, socialise, exercise and relax. We currently live near Hollow Ponds, part of Epping Forest, and highly recommend a stroll around the lake or an hour boating in the warmer weather! The real difference at Trading Places is that once our working day is done, we don’t head home to another community – because our home is where our heart is and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
