Lettings
Our lettings team specialise in helping tenants and landlords to connect and can offer an abundance of advice for landlords, along with some great information for tenants too.
With all the legislation affecting this aspect of the property sector (147 pieces on the last count), landlords can struggle to keep up, so to make sure they don’t have to we developed our Continual Training and Staff Development programme (CTSD), which has now been running for 12 years.
Property Management
Our property management team help landlords by taking away the hassle and complications involved with managing a tenancy 24/7, which can be especially stressful when trying to juggle landlord duties with work and family life.
We assign a dedicated Property Manager to each tenancy, who is there to look after the landlord, their property and of course their tenant. The team are focused on making everybody’s experience a happy one.
