The house is equipped with a maintained smoke/fire alarm system (tested weekly), fire extinguishers and emergency lighting. The house is smoke/vaping free property however the rear garden is available and has a wall mounted bin for safe disposal.
The garden area is equipped with chairs and wooden bench plus table. There is also a washing line for drying clothes.

All rooms are available for single occupancy only to comply with the HMO Licence issued by Southend City Council.
