Allscott is a small village which falls within the parish of Wrockwardine. The village is situated in a semi-rural setting and is well placed for Shrewsbury and Telford and the Princess Royal Hospital. The River Tern flows to the edge of the village and there are various footpaths and bridleways to enjoy.

Wellington is approximately 3 miles away where there are a number of shops, hairdressers, doctors, dentists, Wrekin College, The Old Hall Preparatory School and access to The Wrekin, An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The M54 and A5 provide access to the M6 North and South and a rail service from Telford and Wellington provides travel to Birmingham, Stafford and Crewe for direct travel to London Euston.
