Located directly opposite the University of Birmingham Campus, The Recording Rooms is a modern student accommodation building with amenities you can only dream of. In terms of location, you couldn’t be much closer to the campus even if you tried.

With a range of contemporary all-inclusive cluster ensuites and premium studios to choose from, you can live in luxury for the next academic year! Each room is equipped with a cosy double bed, en suite bathroom, desk space and lots of storage space for all of your belongings. The kitchen space is fully equipped so you can cook up a storm for yourself and your friends when you get the chance.

Relax with friends and watch the large-screen TV. Play the piano or host a party in the vibrant social area. Make the most of the quiet in our study room. Invite friends to a dinner party in our Moroccan themed dining room. Work up a sweat in our gym, or take part in games in our activity area. There’s so much to do here, you’re bound to fall in love with The Recording Rooms from the moment you step through the door.

The Recording Rooms is in a prime location directly opposite the University of Birmingham campus in the heart of Selly Oak, a popular area with students to live and socialise.

The University of Birmingham has its own train station and a train from here will take you to the centre of Birmingham in 7 minutes.

We have five room types to choose from at The Recording Rooms. All our rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, ample storage space, including a full-size wardrobe, and are finished to a very high standard.

At The Recording Rooms, you will also benefit from a large communal lounge with large screen TV and table tennis, a communal dining room for hosting dinner parties, a gym and a study room which are all included within your rent.

The Recording Rooms also has super-fast WiFi.

The Recording Rooms welcomes Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
